01Can you get a specific bird for me?
Bird breeders are scarcer than they used to be, so we take most birds we can find. Join the interest list and we’ll call or email when one comes in.
02What’s your health guarantee?
A limited 30-day health guarantee. Ask in the store for the details.
03Do you clip wings?
Yes, but not everyone on staff is trained to, so call ahead to make sure someone is in.
04Can you special order a cage?
Yes, mostly from the Prevue Hendryx and A&E lines. Many arrive the same week.
05Can you take a bird I need to rehome?
Case by case. Send us the rehome form.
06I breed birds. Will you sell my babies?
Yes, we’re always looking for regular breeders. Send us the bird breeder form.
07What bird foods do you carry?
Sleek & Sassy and TOP’s Parrot Food, plus seed, treats and millet.
08I’m looking for a product you don’t have. Can you get it?
Probably. Send us the request form and we’ll get back to you with availability and price. Most common supplies arrive within a week, as long as one of our regular distributors carries it.
