01Can you get a specific animal for me?
Often, yes. Tell us what you’re looking for on our request form and we’ll add you to the interest list and call when one comes in.
02What’s your health guarantee?
A limited 30-day health guarantee. Ask in the store for the details.
03Do you groom rabbits?
Yes, some of our groomers do rabbit haircuts. Book it like any groom.
04Can you take a small animal I need to rehome?
For most small animals, no; a rescue is a better fit for adults. Hedgehogs and sugar gliders are the exception.
05I breed small animals. Will you buy the babies?
Yes, especially specialty breeds like dumbo rats, skinny pigs and Flemish giant rabbits. Send us the breeder form.
06What small animal foods do you carry?
Oxbow, Sleek & Sassy, Mazuri, Supreme (Science Selective) and Marshall ferret food, plus plenty of hay.
07Is the animal I want legal in Oregon?
Check the Oregon Department of Agriculture’s exotic animal rules and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife prohibited list, and always ask your city and county animal control as well.
08I’m looking for a product you don’t have. Can you get it?
Probably. Send us the request form and we’ll get back to you with availability and price. Most common supplies arrive within a week, as long as one of our regular distributors carries it.
