01Can you get a specific animal for me?
Often, yes. Tell us what you’re looking for on our request form and we’ll add you to the interest list and call when one comes in.
02What’s your health guarantee?
A limited 30-day health guarantee. Ask in the store for the details.
03Can you board my reptile while I’m away?
Yes. Bring the setup it lives in and we’ll care for it in the store for $18 a day.
04I breed reptiles. Will you buy the babies?
Yes. Send us the breeder form and tell us what you have.
05Is the animal I want legal in Oregon?
Check the Oregon Department of Agriculture’s exotic animal rules and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife prohibited list, and always ask your city and county animal control as well.
06I’m looking for a product you don’t have. Can you get it?
Probably. Send us the request form and we’ll get back to you with availability and price. Most common supplies arrive within a week, as long as one of our regular distributors carries it.
