01How do I book?
Book online above, or call the store and anyone at the counter can book you.
02Is there a weight limit?
120 lb, because of the equipment we have.
03Is the listed price what I’ll pay?
Yes, unless something unusual comes up, like fleas or heavy matting.
04Do I need to bring anything?
Nope, just your pup.
05Why is it hard to get in?
We’re picky about our groomers, so they book up. Book your next visit when you pick up and you’ll almost always get a day and time that works.
06How long does it take?
Most dogs are done within a few hours of their appointment time.
07When should I drop off?
Any time after we open and before your appointment. Most people come just before their time.
08What if I can’t pick up right when it’s done?
Pick up any time before we close.
09Do you groom cats?
Some of our groomers do. Choose Cats Grooming when you book and you’ll only see groomers who can.
10Do you groom rabbits?
Yes. Choose Rabbit haircut when you book.
11Do you trim nails?
Yes, no appointment needed. Call ahead to make sure a groomer is in; usually every day until about 4pm.
12What if I’m not happy with the cut?
We’ll re-cut it to what you asked for, free.
13Should I tip?
You don’t have to, but it’s customary. $5 for a bath or $10 for a cut is common.
